  GENERAL  
(This applies to both Robux and Vgen Commissions)✧ You are purchasing a digital PNG file.
✧ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, whether because it doesn't follow my rules, my queue is too full, or is overall something I can not work on.
✧ Any omissions in my TOS does not constitute permission, any case not covered below will be dealt with individually to be fair between client and myself.
  As the artist, I reserve the right to:  
✧ decline your order if I feel uncomfortable or do not wish to.
✧ include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profile/pages. commission sheets, etc.
✧ modify, edit, and repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.
✧ claim the commissioned piece as my own work (I will not claim the character as mine, just the artwork)
✧ Uploading wips of the commission on discord servers.  CREDIT REQUIREMENT 
✧ Art commissioned and created by me should be credited to my vgen account, link or credit to my listed socials, or simply tagging me when posting on social medias, reference purposes etc. COMMUNICATION 
✧ Communication will be expected and highly requested so that both parties may communicate and come to an agreement on a multitude of things. Including the final price, what the final piece should be, revisions and feedbacks.
✧ Communication will primarily be done through Vgen or via Discord, whichever the client would prefer.
✧ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art, within 1 or 3 days if I really were busy or something that caused me to not have internet persay.
✧ Final artworks will be sent via VGEN delivery and Discord, or to the email provided by the client upon request.
✧ If there is no response within 48 hours following a review/feedback request, progress on the commission will be halted. After 10 days with no communication, the commission will be considered as abandoned if unfinished and delivered if at final revision.  REVISIONS 
✧ I guarantee at least 3 major revisions within the sketch phase and changes of colours during the base colours.
✧ once the sketch is finished, you are allowed to review the sketch and address parts of it that you would like changed. Please make sure you give all the changes you would like in that given time.
✧ These major revisions are for stuff like change of outfit, wanting something to be added in or a dramatic change to the character. ✧ Dependent on how major this is, either it can be free under the provided 3 major revisions, or will require a fee due to the time needed to change things.

✧ Expressions and small details can be attributed as minor revisions, so long as they are also provided within the duration of the sketch phase so it doesn't hinder my work flow.
✧ Base colours will be reviewed to check with the client to see if the colours are accurate to the character you want replicated.

 REFUNDS 
✧ NO REFUNDS. Once the commission terms have been accepted by both parties, there will be no refunds. Only exceptions to this is if I, the artist, cancel the commission, will there be a refund, as I would be unable to reach my agreement. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE  
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it as stated in my terms of service ahead, example:✧ Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
✧ Post the commissioned artwork anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
✧ I reserve the rights to WIPs and unfinished pieces and if a piece is considered abandoned, the client will not receive the incomplete piece and cannot use any sent WIPs for any reason.
✧ Inform me if you would like to be name-anonymous in my posts. LIMITATIONS 
✧ The clients and other parties may NOT:
✧ include the commissioned work in portfolios and commission sheets.reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract.modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
✧ posting the commissioned piece online without proper credits
✧ re-sell the commissioned art * associate my art with NFTs
✧ feed my artwork to AI for it to study off my artwork.
✧ Removal of my watermarks on sketch/wips/finished work.  DEADLINES AND DELIVERY 
There will be no hard deadlines that are specified within a few days unless agreed upon by both the client and the artist. As the artist I have a right to decline a commission if I cannot meet the deadline proposed by the client.My specifications for my commission work can vary in the delivery time, especially if there is an ongoing waitlist. One can expect a commission to arrive within 2 weeks or longer pending on the order I have. Nevertheless, commissioners will be informed if they are next and will be updated. Guaranteed dynamic deadlines are set in 1-2 months.Delivery will be done either through VGEN's delivery system or optional choices via GMAIL or Discord. There will be two versions. The client will receive a none 'commission watermark overlay' (there will still be my personal name watermark' and I will preview the verified image under an overlayed sample watermark. More examples of this is in my showcase.

  others   Depending on the complexity of the drawing and the add ons, there will be fee charges implemented and discussed with the client via Vgen's messaging system or discord.
